Spiritwood at Pine Lake is dedicated to enhancing quality of life and preserving dignity while meeting health, social, spiritual, and emotional needs of those with Alzheimer's and other age-related dementia. Our staff demonstrates leadership and creativity through our innovative person-centered programs. We collaborate with family members, health professionals, and the community in supporting cutting-edge research to expedite the day when we may live in an Alzheimer's-free world.

Basic rent includes:

• An individualized service plan based on each elder’s individual health & wellness needs.
• Development of the ‘life story’ for each person, including career experiences, social interests and hobbies, and accomplishments.
• Personalized Life Enrichment plan and program based on life history and experiences.
• Daily social and recreational programs.
• Housekeeping & Laundry.
• Apartment maintenance.
• 24 hour emergency response system.
• Nutritious meals 3 times a day, plus snacks.
• Behavior cueing and support.
• Utilities, including basic TV.
• Housekeeping and laundry.
• Licensed nursing staff.
• 24-hour on-site medication assistants and resident assistants.
• 24 hour emergency response system in a secured environment.

Additional care services
If additional services are needed, an individualized plan will be developed in partnership with families and our Wellness team.
