Friends and family draw together in intimate gathering spaces, in our beautiful outdoor courtyard, in the chapel, and in spacious dining and living rooms warmed by an inviting stone fireplace.
Spiritwood at Pine Lake Assisted Living & Memory care Community is the result of the vision of the Lutheran Outdoor Ministries Association. Here, elders’ lives are honored by the compassionate care of mission-driven employees, families, and volunteers.
Spiritwood at Pine Lake is situated on 2.79 lovely landscaped acres on the Pine Lake Plateau, near Providence Pointe Active Retirement Community, Bellewood Retirement, Marianwood Skilled Nursing, and a medical office. This community and its services provide a campus with a full continuum of care for our elders.
Our three-story, 69,000 square foot building features studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments Common areas include a large dining room, activity room, library, chapel, living room, beauty parlor, and laundry.

Our dynamic Life Enrichment program features new adventures, exciting opportunities to learn, fun with friends, and a variety of social, recreational, and wellness activities. Our Life Enrichment Director also coordinates a strong volunteer program.
Our Elder council meets monthly, serving as a guiding influence for the community. Discussion and decisions regarding everything from food service to Life Enrichment programs within the community may be raised in this forum. Additionally, the Elder council may elect to support and participate in outreach projects to the community.

Our quality staff promotes a warm, nurturing environment for people who enjoy the freedom to come and go as one pleases in an atmosphere that is kind, gracious, and secure, knowing someone is always at hand if help is needed. Our wellness team consists of a Registered Nurse, LPN’s, and specially trained Resident Assistants who are available 24 hours to assist when needed. Our varied services assure your wellness needs are met.

Sitting down to a meal at Spiritwood, you will be delighted to dine on healthy and delicious food, prepared just the way you like it. We serve three restaurant-style meals each day in our elegant dining room. It’s also a great time to catch up with friends. You may have guests join you in our private dining room for special gatherings too.
